Can I order services when needed?

Yes! You can have us work on a project at a time or we can work on your projects on a when needed basis, scheduled monthly, quarterly, yearly! Just whatever you would like!

How do I pay and secure an assistant?

Once you and your assistant go over the details of your project, depending on the plan you chose, your assistant will send you an email that will the link to the project order page, where there will be options for you to make your payment. All major credit card are accepted.

What happens after I make my payment?

Once your payment has been made, this automatically secures a service assistant to you. You will receive an automated email confirming your enrollment into the service. Your service assistant will contact you within 24 hours via email to go over the things needed to begin your project. Your service assistant should have already sent you an invite to sign the Service Agreement Contract, in which you will want to make sure this is signed. We use a digital contracting signing software and the Service Agreement Contract and signature is a digital document.

What if I am unhappy with the services provided, are there any refunds?

Because projects are service based, and the work that is done you will have access to, there are no refunds. However, the consultation process ensures that we understand the end goal of your project, and your assistant will work with you to ensure your satisfaction!
