This call ended up being a great 1:1 since Myani, Owner and Head of School at Bergen-Lafayette Montessori School in Jersey City, New Jersey, was the only one in attendance.

Here is what we discussed: 

• Myani just opened back up post Covid shut-in, and has been opened for two weeks now. Her goal is to finalize her set schedule that ensures Work-Life Balance by October and needed some help re-framing her mindset on distractions from staff and families during the time she needs to really be focused in her office.
• I gave her some tips/tricks I used at my center and things I still use today to overcome distractions and ensure I end my day at the time I want to. There was a lot more to this discussion and we got to see Myani's Work-Life Balance Life in Action LIVE as she had to take care of a personal matter while her school was in operation.
