You can tell everyone is definitely gearing up for 2021! In this Month's Live Q&A Call we had questions related to marketing and branding. We also talked about how to properly set up your Business Entity, especially if you are multi-passionate, and we had something great to celebrate with an Automation Academy Member!

Here are the questions that were asked:

Maya Bishop (Getting Started):

• How do you differentiate yourself from other Childcare Centers in your area?
• Does the 10% Profit mentioned in the Budget training mean I should be profiting 10% Monthly or is this Yearly?
• Can you better clarify having an LLC? I am multi-passionate and have some other things I would like to do, but I don't quite understand the LLC and DBA and how they are wired?  

Joy Mitchell (Owner of Children's Palace, New Orleans):

• I have finally put a Director in Place, but now I don't know what to do with myself. I'm so used to doing everything, I don't know what to do without stepping on her toes. I am definitely trying to find my way as the Owner. What advice do you have on what I should be working on now?

Eric Mendez (Getting Started):

• Since we are just opening and will be opening up in our home and eventually moving to a commercial location, how do you compete with the more established Childcare Businesses in the area? 
• I want to start out with a Facebook Page first and add in the Website later. What are your thoughts on that?

Britt Zachmann (Getting Started):

• How do you find time to decompress or refill your tank so to speak? It looks like I’ll be working at least 10 hours a day 5 days/week and I’m worried about burnout or lack of adult time. Thanks
